Please note, however, that any rescheduled appointments are subject to availability as shown on the Kopa Creative website. Please also note that appointments cancelled within 48 hours of their scheduled time are not eligible for a refund. To avoid this, please provide notice of cancellation, either by email or phone, more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
